Well it has been one month and we have survived. Justin is now in school and I am searching for a job where I won't be bored out of my mind for the next 4 years... Justin is quite the social butterfly "but that is not a shocker" and is making tons of friends. I half to keep reminding myself that I am living in England and not in the US anymore. the buildings are so old and have so much character and detail. The flowers here are amazing and are still blooming in 35 degree weather. The buses are great... so far ;) and the shopping... Lets just say I walk in and want everything.. Everyone is in style and everyone is skinny because they walk and bike every where. The food is great and I love the pubs. They have such a great charm about them. With the food, wine, decor and candles on the tables. It feels so cozy and at home. I am still nesting and and trying to make my house a home for my husband. It is tough because all we have are the clothes on our back and the 4 suitcases we could bring :). Oh and did I mention!!! We are going to a Ball in December and the theme is Charley in the Chocolate factory. I can't wait to go and shop for a ball gown!! I will post photos up in December of our fancy night out. I told Justin no bus we are hiring a car to take us :) How often do you get to go to a dance as a adult? I am 31 and well lets just say I don't see this happening often in my life :) Hope you readers are doing well and are enjoying the Fall just as much as I am!!!

Off to Europe!!

This summer Justin and I have been staying at the Estrada's home in Longwood, FL. The Lord has been faithful in providing funds for us by providing us with jobs and a home. We are now packing for our next BIG adventure!! We are so excited to be moving to Oxford, England. It is such a beautiful town and so much to do!! I am already making a list of places we want to travel to with in the next 4 years :) We will be living in Iffley, England. right out side of Oxford. We have a two bedroom townhouse right off the Iffley river. We can't wait to plant our herb garden with fresh basil and rosemary!!  Justin is excited to be taking his work with him from Ligonier Ministries. Just keep us in your prayers for jobs. We know the Lord will provide. We are leaving on September-22 :) We love you all hope to keep this blog updated for you :)

Packing up and saying good bye...

Our house is now filled with boxes of things to keep and things to get rid of... It is a mess to say the least. We have been spending a lot of time with our dear friends and soaking all the love that we can before we leave. It is really hard to say good bye to our dear friends but we know that the Lord is going to lead us where He wants us. We are so excited about moving home for the summer and spending time with the family. We will be living in Orlando with Kim and Manny Estrada. We will be getting jobs and trying to save money before we hop on the big jet to Oxford, England. Please pray for us during this transition. We love you all and will keep you updated!

Oxford it is!!

We are excited to tell everyone, that we are going to Oxford University in England come this fall! We are so excited and itching at the bit to go. We will move there around the first of September. Thank you all for your prayers and support. All praise goes to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ! God is good!!

Spring Break in Florida!!

Justin and I just got back from our fun filled spring break! We spent some time in Hollywood FL, Orlando FL and Brandon FL. Justin's mom and dad let us bunk with them at the beach for 3 days and then off to Brandon I went to spend time with my mom and sister while Justin stayed in Orlando for Ligonier conference with his mom and dad as well as friends from church. We drove back Sunday and I went straight to bed! I always say.. I need a vacation after my vacation. We still have not heard back from schools yet but we are praying about it and are asking that you pray for us as well... We love you all and hope to see you soon.

Praying for Oxford, England & Sydney, Australia

as you all know by now we are waiting to here from two schools Justin has applied to for his PhD. We are really praying about this and are hoping to get into both schools so that we can have a option and hopefully a good school grant to help us pay for it as well. We know that where ever the Lord wants us to be that is where he is going to put us :) We should know by the end of February about University of Oxford, England and the end of April about University of Sydney, Australia. Please keep praying for us. we are in limbo right now not knowing where we will be come summer. So just a little stressful but we are trusting in the Lord.
